Insomanywords was conceived about 3 years from 2018, as a result of much forethought and experimentations with international development consulting, design and art. With Pudhir and Vayasu already operational by the time, it was conceived to be a House of Brands that mindfully enables positive impact across Social, Ecological and Environmental (SEE) metrics.

We wanted to do good, but do good our way, which is, Be a Slow Business – We are process and quality driven, rather than quantity of outputs. And we have 4-day weekdays twice a month, and and we ‘strive’ to work 6 hours a day. Yes, we are able to make money this way. And, we are knowledge economy business, with flexibility and empathy as one of our core values, as well as practice.

We would like to believe that a business like ours brings balance to the ecosystem. By being the opposite of traditional ways of businesses, ie., by prioritising positive impact across SEE metrics, while being mindful about both customer and employee needs, we believe our business pulls the one sided ecosystem, somewhere towards the centre. We are young now. But if we manage to float or thrive for many years to come, we believe we will be an example for aspiring entrepreneurs, on conscious business setup.
